Paolo Lasagni (founder – Chief Executive Officer). 30 years of management consulting for major international groups. He has carried out various company due diligences on behalf of leading Italian and foreign financial operators.
Francesco Pattarin (founder – Scientific Committee). MSc Finance (Birckbeck College), PhD in Economics (La Sapienza). Professor in Economics of Financial Intermediaries at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia and member of CEFIN (Center for Banking and Finance Studies). He carries out teaching and research activities in finance, with particular interest in quantitative methods for investment decisions and risk management.
Giuseppe R. Grasso (founder). Extensive experience in: financial analysis; budgeting, reporting and control systems; company evaluations; assistance in M&A; financial planning and programming. In 1999 he founded K Finance, now Equita K Finance, of which he is President. He is co-founder of Clairfield International sarl, a partnership between more than twenty international consulting firms dedicated to M & A
Francesca Grasselli (founder – Scientific Committee). PhD in Financial Markets and Intermediaries (Catholic University of the Sacred Heart – Milan) with a thesis on the analysis and forecasting of bankruptcies in Italy. Specialized in M&A and credit risk, she was head of the Rating Division of K Finance.
